- Palm Beach WIC Program: WIC is the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children. The WIC Program serves pregnant, breastfeeding and postpartum women, infants and children up to age 5.
- Palm Beach County Food Bank:The Palm Beach County Food Banks mission is to address the needs of the more than 200,000 food insecure residents of Palm Beach County by working in partnership with other organizations to fight hunger and improve food security in our community.

- Health Care District Palm Beach County: Health Care District of Palm Beach County is an independent taxing district that provides an array of health care services, such as: trauma system, school health, health coverage, hospital, skilled nursing care, C. L. Brumback primary care clinics.
- FoundCare: FoundCare is a Federally Qualified Health Center that offers pediatric and adult primary care, chronic disease management, infusions, behavioral health counseling, laboratory work, X-rays and dentistry, as well as an on-site pharmacy, in two locations in Palm Beach County.
- Caridad Center: Caridad Center is the largest free healthcare clinic in Florida, offering comprehensive medical, vision and dental care for the uninsured and underserved children & families of Palm Beach County.
- Community Health Center: The Community Health Center of West Palm Beach is a Federally Qualified Health Center that exists to share the love of God by providing non-emergency medical, dental, and eye care to those who do not have access to health care services, and assist them in establishing a continuum of care through conventional health care systems to promote a healthy body, mind and spirit.
- Genesis Community Health: Genesis is a faith-based Federally Qualified Health Center, serving residents of Palm Beach County. Providing quality, compassionate healthcare to all.
Physical Activity
- Let’s Move! Palm Beach County: Let's Move! Is a Commit to Change Physical Activity Challenge by Palm Healthcare Foundation Inc. motivating Palm Beach County residents to take charge of their health.
- Parks and Recreation: Palm Beach County Parks and Recreation offers over 8,000 acres of parkland to discover for free, or at low cost.
- YMCA of South Palm Beach County: The YMCA of South Palm Beach County’s has several strategic initiatives, including: Drowning Prevention, Y Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP), Healthy Eating Physical Activity (HEPA) guidelines and Education Enrichment.

- Florida Department of Children and Families: State agency in Florida that provides programs and services that can help Florida families.
- 2-1-1 Palm Beach: 211 Palm Beach/Treasure Coast is a 501(c) 3 non-profit agency providing a team of specially trained staff to assist callers through its 211 HelpLine with crisis intervention, suicide prevention, information, assessment and referral to community services, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
- Children’s Services Council of Palm Beach County: Children’s Services Council is an independent special district established by Palm Beach County voters in 1986. Today, Children’s Services Council of Palm Beach County provides leadership, funding, services and research on behalf of Palm Beach County's children so they grow up healthy, safe and strong.
- Safe Kids Palm Beach: Safe Kids Palm Beach County is a community based program that offers safety education and materials to families to decrease preventable injuries in children from 0 to 19. They offer educational materials for the following injury areas including drowning prevention, home safety, pedestrian safety, bicycle safety and child passenger safety.
- Palm Beach County School District: The Palm Beach County School District provides wellness promotion and has a wellness taskforce to promote the health of students and staff.
